For yoga studios

Add the room your members already wish you had.

The studios that win the next five years are the ones who built recovery into the membership before their competitors did. A sauna and plunge in the back room is the cheapest, fastest way there.

A story

What a real install looks like

This is the story we usually tell. Names change. The math doesn't.

A studio owner in Oxford opens her doors in 2023. By the second winter, she's losing members to a competitor across town with a recovery room. We install a six-person cedar sauna and a single plunge in March 2024. By the end of June, eighteen of her existing members have upgraded to the recovery tier at $40 a month. The install pays for itself in fourteen months and her churn is the lowest it's been since opening.

The math

A reasonable model for your studio

  • Typical install: $18,000–$32,000 finished, sauna + plunge.
  • Upgrade tier: $30–60 per member per month is the band that converts.
  • Conversion: plan on 15–25% of existing members upgrading in the first year.
  • Payback: 12–24 months in most studios we've quoted.

We're happy to put your real numbers into the model on a site walk — square footage, member count, current pricing — and hand you a printable one-pager you can show your partner or landlord.

The footprint

What it takes from your space

A two-person plunge and a six-person sauna fit in roughly 120–180 square feet. We've put them in old retail bays, converted back offices, and one converted walk-in cooler. The room needs a 240V circuit, a floor drain, and decent ventilation. If you have those, you have a recovery room.
