For hotels & spas
Capex builds, done right the first time.
A boutique hotel adding a wellness floor or a destination spa adding a contrast suite is a six-figure decision with architects, contractors, and a real procurement timeline. We're built for that work.
The process
How we work with developers
The path looks like this: an introductory call to understand the project, a paid Feasibility Audit with a written report sized to your space and program, a fixed-bid proposal you can drop into procurement, and an install schedule that coordinates with the rest of the build.
We work directly with architects and GCs. We provide CAD drawings, electrical specs, water and venting requirements, and a single point of contact for the duration of the build.
The feasibility audit
$500. Written report. Worth it.
For projects in the $50,000+ range, the Feasibility Audit is the right first step. We come on site, measure, walk the program with whoever's running the project, and deliver a written report covering room sizing, mechanical requirements, finish options, three quote bands, and a recommended scope.
$500 flat. Credited toward install if you proceed. Most developers find it pays for itself in the first hour of architect time it saves.
Scope
What we typically build
- Multi-person cedar saunas, 6–14 person capacity.
- Single, paired, or commercial-grade cold plunge installations.
- Integrated relaxation and changing areas, finishes coordinated with the spa design.
- Operator training and a one-year maintenance schedule.

Long lead times are fine — we work to your timeline. Share the property and we'll set up an intro call.
